Equipment Configuration
- Standard configurations include 3-tank type (acid, alkali, water), 4-tank type (acid, alkali, water, recycled water), and 5-tank type (acid, alkali, water, hot water, recycled water).
- Tank capacity: 1000L to 15000L. Among them, the 5-tank design is the optimal solution, enabling cleaning, disinfection, and recovery functions.
- The flow rate and temperature of the cleaning solution are automatically controlled; liquid level, acid and alkali concentration are automatically compensated and regulated. Automatic phase switching is available for acid solution, alkali solution, and hot water.
- The system can be designed with multiple circuits (double-circuit, triple-circuit, four-circuit, etc.) according to customer requirements, allowing multiple cleaning circuits to operate simultaneously.
- The entire process is controlled by PLC and touchscreen, automatically completing cleaning operations in accordance with set parameters and sequences. The system is equipped with an alarm system and data logging function, featuring high safety and easy operation.
- Heating methods include plate heat exchanger type and shell-and-tube heat exchanger type.
