Adopts full-process PLC and touch screen control, featuring simple operation, real-time data recording, online monitoring and full traceability.
It achieves excellent energy saving and consumption reduction. According to product characteristics, the heat recovery rate can reach over 90% at maximum.
The system can be connected with separators, homogenizers, degassing and flash evaporation equipment, and is equipped with an independent CIP cleaning system.
Small temperature difference between material and hot water enables gentle heating, which ensures product quality, reduces scaling, and extends equipment operating time.
Differential pressure design together with an alarm system is adopted between materials and cold & heat media, effectively avoiding product contamination risks.
Key components and control parts adopt internationally renowned brands, ensuring stable operation and long service life.Plate type or tubular type heat exchanger is optional as required.
